Anyone thinking of selling a property on their own might want to take a closer look at what real estate agents actually do to earn their commission. John Palumbo is a great example of the kind of hard work, dedication, perseverance, knowledge, negotiating skill, interpersonal skills and much more that a good agent must possess in order to produce a happy outcome for both buyer and seller. John just sold my land in Morin-Heights that I have owned for 40 years and that my dream had always been to build a cottage on.
